We go to a lot of effort to cook and prepare the fillings in our sandwiches and baguettes - using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.

Recently a customer informed us the roast beef fillings are always left. We were very dismayed at this - knowing that we buy the best beef, cook it ourselves and then slice it in house - only to learn it is not popular.
